Our client operate sites in Strabane, Omagh, Derry and Cookstown, although this role offers the successful candidate a fully hybrid working model travel to these sites and client sites throughout Northern Ireland will be expected and as such a company vehicle will be provided.


The Role:
This role will see the successful candidate working alongside the CEO, Directors and Senior Management Team as they strive to be a leading provider in the education and training sector, with the main focus on quality to ensure sustained business development.


- Managing the general daily operations of the company across all sites, the successful candidate will support the business to deliver people related processes, vision and strategy across the company and oversee all daily business operations to ensure the smooth running of the company
- The effective management of all staff to promote, maintain and strive to meet company
- Managing staff in relation to work schedules, quality of teaching and training, frequency of visits with learners and ensure duties are carried out accordingly
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including learner support agencies, schools and community groups for promotion of training programmes, employers and companies to ensure a quality service
- Maintaining quality service by communicating standards, analysing data and resolving problems with recommended improvements
- Driving the teams' performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, counselling, developing and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards
- Developing the business, growing the current client base through commercial strategy and business development
- Develop and maintain a business strategy that leverages long term growth


- A professional qualification or relevant transferable experience
Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to manipulate, prepare and deliver reports

Experience of building and maintaining relationships with employees and key stakeholders
- Hands on knowledge of business development and commercial strategy planning
Additional experience of identifying and submitting suitable tenders and sourcing additional revenue streams
- Further experience of forecasting, planning and prioritising workloads
- Meticulous about quality, meeting standards and customer expectations

- Able to travel throughout Northern Ireland
- A full driving licence is needed for this role
