As a Pharmacy Assistant/Technician you will be working in a busy dispensary environment, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients. Whether you're new to the field or bring years of experience, your passion for customer care, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are exactly what Ballee Pharmacy is looking for.

The Role:

You will assist the Pharmacist and dispensary team in delivering a comprehensive dispensing service to patients to meet their individual needs. We are looking for people with a genuine passion for customer care, who have the ability to build excellent relationships with patients, customers and the local community. Tailoring conversations with every customer to ensure they leave the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.

Qualifications/Experience:

Essential:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service environment.

- Applicants should be able to demonstrate numeracy and accuracy skills required for a retail pharmacy environment

- Willingness to undergo further training within the pharmacy.

Desirable:

- NVQ Certificate in Pharmacy Service Skills or equivalent.

- Experience working in a pharmacy dispensary.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays and one 11am  – 8pm shift per week.

Ballee Pharmacy are dedicated to supporting their team and providing the necessary training and opportunities for growth within your role. With this in mind for candidates that do not already have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Skills or are new to the industry, Ballee provide the necessary support and funding to complete this course and following this further training opportunities, should you wish to continue to forge your career within the Pharmacy.
